These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sudoku mobile app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
You can play as a guest without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials with those providers secure. You may sign out or request deletion of your account at any time.
You agree not to:
Your game progress and statistics belong to you. By using cloud sync you grant us permission to store and transmit that data solely to provide the sync feature. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, its design, code, graphics and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature (including cloud sync and notifications) at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability of the App or loss of locally stored data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
The App uses third-party services (Supabase, Google/Firebase, Apple). Your use of those services through the App may also be subject to their own terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
